PENGARUH ANTARA KOMPETENSI MENGAJAR, DAN KEPRIBADIAN DENGAN KINERJA GURU DI SMK BAKTI 17 DI JAKARTA-SELATAN

Abstract

The pupose of the research is: 1. To test the effect of teaching competency towards the performance of teacher of SMK Bakti 17 in South Jakarta. 2. To test the effect of personality towards the performance of teacher of SMK Bakti 17 in South Jakarta. 3. To test the effect of teaching competency and personality towards the performance of teacher of SMK Bakti 17 in South Jakarta.

The method of the research is the survey with the multiple  correlational and regression study. Population of the research is all of the teacher of SMK Bakti 17 Jakarta and they are 100 teachers. The researcher used random sampling to determine the sample and they are 64 teachers. The  data collection technique is questioneries. The data analysis technique is description and inferential analysis. They are mean, median, mode, standard deviaton, variance,  multiple correlation and regression test, f test, and t test.

The results  of the research are: 1. There is the significant  effect of teaching competency towards the performance of teacher of SMK Bakti 17 in South Jakarta with  sig = 0,000 < 0,05  and  F count > F table  = 23,795 > 3,18. 2. There is the significant  effect of personality towards the performance of teacher of SMK Bakti 17 in South Jakarta with   Sig = 0,001 < 0,05 and  t count > t table = 3,591 > 1,67. 3. There is the significant effect  of teaching competency and personality towards the performance of teacher of SMK Bakti 17 in South Jakarta with  Sig = 0,000  < 0,05 and t count > t table  = 3,912 > 1,67.
